Serena Williams is known for being the tennis G.O.A.T., but she also has a serious rep for having the coolest outfits ever to hit the court. Well, apparently she brings her style A-game to her home workouts, too.
The 40-year-old just dropped a TikTok of herself modeling a slew of cool Nike outfits in her kitted-out home gym. (She’s sponsored by the brand.)
In the video, Serena flips through looks like an orange bra top and matching shorts on her treadmill, a black and white geometric outfit on the ground, and an all-black look while stretching.
She then saunters over to a pole, where she spins around one-handed (!!!) before switching to an olive and cream-colored look.
Serena ends the whole thing with a casual hair toss, showing off a basketball jersey-style tennis dress with her name on the back.
“My #SwitchUp game is strong 💪🏾,” she wrote in the caption.
Aaand people totally lost it in the comments. “THE GOAT SERENAAAA! 🇰🇪🎉🎉😅,” one person wrote. “YOU KILLING IT SIS 😍 that’s what I call a SERVE!!!!” another said.
While all the looks were different, Serena accessorized each one with impressive arms, abs of steel, and toned legs for days. Obviously, her tennis workouts give her next-level definition, but she also does plenty outside of the court.
For starters, Serena uses Tonal for strength training, and she’s also not afraid of blazing through HIIT workouts at the gym. Case in point: Serena dropped a video on Instagram in 2020 of herself completely crushing a workout of ladder drills, planks, resistance bands, and core-strengthening moves.
Also in 2020, Serena shared a 30-minute yoga workout alongside her sister Venus Williams. Serena called it a “warm-up,” but pointed out that “it’s a little intense.” Afterward, she casually said she was “going to do some cardio,” because…she’s Serena Williams.
Serena is also big on eating healthy. “My philosophy is eat to live. Don’t live to eat,” she previously shared with Women’s Health. “I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I’m eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff.”
Serena also shared that her eating is “very moody,” adding, “I can have a smoothie for six months, and then I’ll be like, ‘I never want to see a smoothie again for the next six months.’ And then I’ll be like, ‘okay, I’m back on the smoothie.’”
BRB: Gotta buy some new workout clothes.
